N-methylpyrrolidone, referred to as NMP, CAS#872-50-4, molecular formula C5H9NO, structural formula, molecular weight 99.13, colorless or light yellow liquid, its boiling point is 202 °C (normal pressure), flash point 95 °C (closed cup). It is an important strong polar chemical solvent, which is widely used in lithium-ion batteries, polymer materials, chemical additives, pesticides, pharmaceuticals and IC cleaning and other fields and industries.
