Performance
Antioxidant NBC is yellow green or dark green powder, has good stability to light, oxygen, ozone and heat, can be used as a light stabilizer of polypropylene, and widely used as ozone resistant agent and light stabilizer of synthetic rubber.
Application
By antiozonants in chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber. Can improve the heat resistance of the rubber in the chloroprene rubber adhesive, reduce discoloration in the sun, slightly delayed effect on the vulcanization. Chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber and metal oxide vulcanization is a heat stabilizer. In the chloroprene rubber is generally 1-2 phr, in styrene butadiene rubber dosage is 0.5-3.
